▶Despite a bit of a bumpy start in our quest to purchase the property, Brayden did his job well and delivered the goods. With a Vendor determined to maximize on his investment, we were also determined to achieve a realistic purchase price. Brayden realized this and when the stalemate ensued and the sale was about to potentially fall over, he negotiated within a very short time frame, clinched the deal and both parties agreed on the sale/purchase price. All communication once he knew we were serious Buyer's was responsive and professional. All I can suggest for future marketing campaigns when there is a Sale by Set Date, is to explain to potential serious buyers who may not be familiar with this type of sale. It was not known or explained to us how it all worked so there was some communication breakdown in that respect. All in all though, it was a fairly stress free experience, we are satisfied buyers and Brayden did a great job.
