Thirdly, whilst our opens did not go to plan with a few times where no one came due to demand in our area, Petar worked tirelessly to ensure we still achieved a satisfactory price. Finally, he is a calming presence in a stressful time. The day photos were to be taken, we had a water leak in our house. I was alone with my infant at the time, and Petar calmed me down and even took care of my son while I made calls and dealt with the issue. So often real estate agents have a reputation of being a bit slimy, but this is not the case here.
