Genuine Agent Who Puts the Owner's First

After meeting with a few agents, my husband and I decided to go with Ray White. Part of the reason was the desire to go with a reputable company, but Petar himself filled us with confidence in our choice. Here are some of the reasons we recommend him. Firstly, we actually entirely missed the first meeting we had scheduled. We expected him to be annoyed with us, but he just came later that day with no hard feelings. Secondly, he is open and prompt with his communication. Our messages and queries were always responded to quickly, even after the sale when the agent tends to go silent. Thirdly, whilst our opens did not go to plan with a few times where no one came due to demand in our area, Petar worked tirelessly to ensure we still achieved a satisfactory price. Finally, he is a calming presence in a stressful time. The day photos were to be taken, we had a water leak in our house. I was alone with my infant at the time, and Petar calmed me down and even took care of my son while I made calls and dealt with the issue. So often real estate agents have a reputation of being a bit slimy, but this is not the case here.
