Service you can only hope for

We listed our Southbank Apartment with Michael and the team from Ray White after reading what great results they had had with similar properties in the area. The service and the attention to detail was exceptional. the communication regarding the market and what we could realistically hope for in regard to selling price, the market, purchaser demographics and the sales strategy and campaign was nothing but first class and gave us so much confidence in an area we didn't have any knowledge of. Through the campaign Michael kept us informed both verbally and through easy to read reports regarding open days and potential buyers which he kept doing right up until the day of the auction.
