Transparent, no pressure, kept us in the loop

Right from the first meeting, Lachie laid out how he sells property, particularly apartments in the Southbank-Melbourne area. Lachie didn’t try to pressure us into selling with him, and was aware that even after putting on the market, we might not sell. He was very professional, easy to talk to, helped guide us through the process of selling an apartment as opposed to a house, and gently let us know what to expect of the market in the present climate. We had 4 days of open homes, and the process after every open home was great. Described the potential buyers, and gave their honest feedback. Then at the start of the third week on sale, 3 offers were made on the same day, and within 2 days, contract signed, and 6 days later, unconditional with a a perfect settlement period that aligns with our move.
