A professional in all respects

Helen & myself decided to select Michael as our selling agent after seeking out several other Southbank real estate agents. The presentation Michael gave us was professional in all respects and advise and guidelines he gave us all lived up to his & our expectations. During the sale process, Michael kept us fully informed on a timely basis both on a one to one basis and in the the reports he generated for us. These reports were comprehensive and gave us information that supported our belief that we had chosen the right agent. Helen and myself did consider selling our apartment privately however we were not inclined to go down that path having listened carefully and considered the advantages & exposures that a professional agent such as Michael provides. Our decision proved to be correct as Michael exhibited excellent negotiation skills that secured the final price we both were extremely happy with. The amount we paid on commissions were fully justified. Over the years Helen & myself have bought & sold both residential & commercial properties, most of which were done privately and not through a real estate agent. Both Helen & myself are happy to recommend Michael to any person wishing to sell their property and importantly achieve a desirable outcome.
