Fine, pretty standard experience

Nothing really noteworthy. Communication early on was good around securing the property, lease signing and everything was very standard and easy. Moved in to find quite a lot of maintenance issues that weren't disclosed but the agent has responded to our concerns. No action as yet that we know of, but it's still very early. Overall, very standard experience. Whether it works out to be particularly good or bad is yet to be seen
