pressuring behaviour

I felt pressured to outlay money on photographs for internet advertising as well as billboard outside house because the agent told me it was necessary. It turns out they already had a favoured applicant. I told the agent I did not want a billboard erected on my first contact with him, but the board went up anyway and then caused problems of people entering not just my property but also my neighbour's over December when obviously the agents were not present and before the official 'open house'. I was pressured also to have the property available before I could finish the renovations. This caused me considerable anxiety as it was a busy time in my profession (Christmas and dying church member in hospital then funeral) surgery).
