We bought our dream home in Daisy Hill through Johnson Teo of Ray White Springwood. He made buying of this home so easy for us! He painted the picture of the type of lifestyles that our family can have in the home. He gave us valuable information of the schools around the home, the amenities and the community. All these prompted us to take action on buying this great home. He made the whole buying of real estate easy for us. The whole process from putting in an offer, negotiating with the seller, to the pest and building inspection and the pre-settlement inspection, he kept us informed throughout the stages. And on the day of us moving in, he gave us a really big surprise of tying a big yellow ribbon on the front door and welcoming us into the home. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND JOHNSON TEO
After the sale of my block of land in Daisy Hill with Johnson, due to my positive experience with him, I listed my other home in Daisy Hill with him as well. As it is a million dollar plus property, he suggested a different strategy to auction it in an in-house environment. A very different approach from the last sale he handled for me. He doesn’t just sell every property the same way, he will analyse the property, look at the market and recommend the best way which he thinks will sell it. In the whole auction campaign, he got me lots of traffic through the home, kept me informed with everyone that came through, got me a few offers and sold it for me 2 days after the auction. I was most impressed with his work etiquette - up till the last day of the campaign, he was doorknocking and inviting neighbours to the auction from the whole neighbourhood and asking them if they would like to buy my property or knew anyone that would.
