Tyler is a dedicated point of contact for Property Investment Owners in the Busselton and Bunbury areas. As a Busselton local with deep roots in the community, and a background in agriculture, Tyler brings an authentic, down-to-earth perspective to her role. Reece is a natural leader who has risen through the ranks from an associate to a qualified Property Manager, to Senior Property Manager, before taking on his current leadership role as Head of PM. His career trajectory within the Ray White Stocker Preston team gives him a unique firsthand understanding of every facet of the department, which he uses to provide dedicated support to his team. Reece is passionate about ensuring the department is equipped with the best possible tools and learning to deliver exceptional service to our Investment Property Owners and tenants. As a strong advocate for cutting edge technology, Reece champions the use of platforms like AILO to bring transparency and efficiency to our property management services. By implementing these advanced systems, he ensures owners have immediate access to the rental funds and clear communication at all times. His focus remains on empowering his team to excel while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Andrea joined the real estate industry a few years ago and quickly found her stride in the fast paced world of property management. She brought with her a solid background in administration, banking, retail and book-keeping, skills that have translated well into the everyday demands of her role. Andrea enjoys the structure and professionalism of the industry and takes pride in being part of a team that helps people navigate one of the biggest decisions they'll make. 'I love letting new tenants know their application has been successful, people are so thankful, especially with how tough the rental market can be. It's also really rewarding when both owners and tenants are happy with how their properties are being managed." Outside of work, Andrea enjoys the simpler things, baking up a storm in the kitchen, spending time in the garden, walking her Aussie Terrier Lucy, and catching up with loved ones. She's a glass-half-full kind of person who believes in making the most of every day, which shows in both her work and her life.
