Ray White Jordan Thams and team are As Good as it Gets!!

We recently needed to sell a property on behalf of my mother in law who is now in a nursing home. A bit of a complicated process with Power of Attorney etc We initially asked just for an appraisal from Jordan as he is nearby. Once we had met him, we realised we didn't need to interview any other agents. He is straightforward, professional and knows the market and completely understood the situation. We found we were able to trust him from day 1 and were not disappointed. The preparation for the sale took quite a while but we were never hassled or pushed. He provided excellent suggestions on where to spend small amounts to create a much better appearance in the apartment and suggested trusted local service providers who were all reasonable and easy to deal with. Once we kicked the sales process off his support team of Georgia and Kyra swung immediately into action with a very streamlined and simple system of documentation. Georgia is amazingly organised and responded almost immediately to any request. She is a real credit to the office. Nothing was a problem and the communication was fast and extremely clear. We were kind of dreading this transition and I have to say it couldn't have been easier. We have dealt with many agents in our own investing journey and these guys are "Best in Class". They are interested, caring and incredibly capable. Once the admin was sorted and the property hit the market, Jordan did his thing and we had multiple offers almost immediately. After an extremely fast negotiating period, Jordan was able to secure an unconditional sale within a few days which exceeded our price expectations. This was fantastic result for us as we have little spare time and really had almost nothing to do. My mother in law got extra cash for her care, we had a trouble free and actually enjoyable experience. We highly recommend Jordan and his team for anyone considering buying or selling on the Gold Coast. You will not be disappointed.
