Professional, Attention to Detail & Strong Market Knowledge.

Having purchased, renovated, repaired, rented and sold numerous properties on the Gold Coast since 2002, we decided to sell one of our recently completely renovated properties rather than see it damaged, defaced or destroyed by tenants. We deliberately chose Glen Williams to sell the unit because of our knowledge of his skills. We had observed his real estate abilities for 20 years and were impressed with his attention to detail, accuracy and complete knowledge of the properties forming the market over that duration. He was always aware of the market movements and its varying drivers and this always led to his appraisals being up to date, accurate and realistic. It was no surprise to us, with our knowledge of the market, that Glen’s appraisals aligned closely with our expectations. Our belief that Glen was the best real estate agent on the Coast was validated when we asked him to appraise and sell the property. His intent to inform us of the current status of the market matched our knowledge and research and his considered opinion of the value of the property was realistic and achievable. One of our strict stipulations was that, at all times, Glen maintained close communication with us notifying us of all offers, responses and opinions offered from all the property inspections. In that regard, Glen was exemplary, maintaining an excellent communication at all times. We were satisfied throughout the process and when alterations to expectations of achievable sales results were inevitably adjusted with the changes to the market drivers, we were completely comfortable with his suggestions and our decisions. Throughout the process, Glen and his associate Callym Beric worked as a highly professional team allowing Glen to concentrate on the sale management, approaches and negotiations – some taking quite extensive amounts of time and effort, while Callym handled all sundry requirements. Both worked superbly individually. We doubt this team could be bettered.
