Best agent!

I was having difficulty selling my property. I do not live close to my property. Steve took over and things changed. He knew what needed to be done...pricing, presentation, communication and advertising. He showed respect to the tenants in the property and had them onside..( very important when trying to get potential buyers through the property). Steve kept in touch with me during sale process which meant I had no reason to chase him up. All info was fed back to me promptly. The property sold, and Steve was still there through the whole sale process. I know he went beyond what other sales people would have done. Very happy to recommend him - heads above all othere agents!
