•We chose Andrew because he was involved with the initial sale of off the plan units in our apartment complex (AMARA), and in the years since has been heavily involved in most sales within the building. Andrew was exceptionally attentive to us when we first reached out. He met with us immediately, and we felt assured of his ability. He has a direct and honest manner. He worked hard to get as much traffic into our apartment during the campaign, and negotiated very hard between the interested parties for an outcome we were happy with. That little bit more means a lot to the vendor, even if it doesn't necesserily translate to a significantly higher commission for the REA, and we were pleased knowing he put in a lot of work on the final day/evening going back and forth countless times between parties for that outcome. I'd highly recommend picking Andrew to look after the sale of your property. When it comes to AMARA apartments, he knows each one intricately and the surrounding market better than anyone else.
