From Ercan's first sales and marketing presentation to the final sale of our apartment, the entire process was seamless, professional and even fun! Ercan and his team are absolute pros. Every detail from the photos to the copy were superb. I knew as soon as we went live with the campaign that our property had an edge over others in the area. The marketing nous he brings is invaluable. Ercan marketed our apartment extremely well and we had fantastic numbers of inspections, contracts and strata reports go out. He managed to build a real buzz on the property. This all paid off when it came to auction day and we had ten registered bidders and a final result well over our reserve. During the campaign I visited many other properties in the area to gauge competition and I knew from the way in which my unit was marketed and the team I had, that I was in superior hands to other agents in Surry Hills. There were 18 other similar properties for sale in the area when we went to auction.
