Honest, reliable and effective

Recently had call to sell our dear old, much-loved, family home. The problem was that it was looking a bit worse for wear and definitely in need of some TLC. My brother and I had lengthy discussions about what was needed and how much work was required to make it presentable. Furthermore, we didn’t want to over-invest in a declining market, so we clearly needed some good advice. This was about the time we contacted Adam Crawley from Ray White, Sylvania. Adam advised us to do a minimum; just cleaning basically and have it ready as soon as possible. It turns out his advice was 100% correct. A mere 22 days later, we had a buyer and the price was much better than we thought we’d get!
