Top Class Service

I could not let the opportunity pass by without letting you know just how excellent the service and dedication has been from Alyssa Earley. I inspected a villa the day before I was due to leave on a ten day cruise. I have been looking for a few months and a villa in Woolooware doesn’t come by each week. I explained my situation to Alyssa who had the listing and after that, the magic happened. It is still happening! - constant updates while I was cruising to keep me informed of the sales process and other buyers. - respectful , fair and measured negotiation process. - suggestion after suggestion on ways to make the process more streamlined by contacting my legal reps and organising a building report inspector. - Replies within 30 minutes or less every time. Great communicator, knew the market and went above and beyond. Transacted within 4 weeks!

I was selling a property on behalf of my elderly parents who were power of attorney for my uncle who was placed in aged care. That scenario was complex in itself but not a problem for Alyssa. We can make this work together. We needed a super quick sale without compromising the need for a great financial return acting in the best interests of my parents and uncle. We needed pay for Aged Care Lump Sum RAD. As every month (without a sale) another $8-10k went out the door to the aged care provider. We agreed a sales strategy and the property went on the market on January 6. Not a great time of year to sell during the summer holidays. Using Alyssa existing contacts, property websites and her extensive experience & knowledge on the local market, buys and sellers, she was able to get offers within the first 3-5 days, negotiating with one buyer whilst she was travelling on an ocean cruise out of business hours. Within 8 days we had a price that met our target and it was on the market. The next day she negotiated a further $30k and the place was sold. More impressive than that was a 2-week settlement period. We received all of the money on January 27. Incredible !!! I would have no hesitation in recommending Alyssa to work with you to sell your property.
