I have had the pleasure of working with Paul to sell my apartment in Granville. I first met Paul a couple of years ago - he was always honest and upfront and respected my decision not to sell at the time. Since then we have been regular contact and when I was ready to sell going to Paul was a no brainer. He knew what he was doing, had a full market strategy developed and a master negotiator. Nothing was too hard and I felt he was personally invested in selling my house (he even replaced some of the handles himself!). I never felt pressured to accept any offers and his personal opinion was always much appreciated. He always kept me updated and ultimately we were rewarded with an excellent result. There is no surprise why he has the two largest sales in our block even though he does not typically work in the area!
