INSPECTIONS PROCEDURE: In the wake of the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic we have implemented strict new procedures regarding viewing rental properties.
It is a requirement that you have completed ALL items on the Pre-Inspection Checklist below.
PRE-INSPECTION CHECKLIST: Before arranging an inspection of a rental property, you must be able to answer YES to the following questions: Have you:
1. Viewed the property photos online?
2. Read the property description carefully and satisfied yourself that the property is suitable?
3. Viewed the video upload of the property (if available)?
4. Driven past the property to make sure you are happy with the property’s location?
5. Emailed reception@woodandco.com.au any questions and/or registered any specific needs you have? (e.g. pantry, separate toilet, sprinkler system, etc)
6. Confirmed that you do not have any flu-like symptoms and have not recently returned from interstate or overseas?
If you can answer YES to ALL these questions, please request an inspection via the options on this rental listing page. Upon request we will e-mail you our Registration form to complete and return by e-mail ONLY – we will not be taking registrations over the office counter until further notice. Registration forms must be e-mailed and approved by our team prior to any inspections being arranged.
Again, if you have any flu like symptoms or have returned from overseas recently, we ask that you do not request a private inspection.
