A very trust worthy real estate agent

My husband found Kunal Singh to sell my house. From the beginning to the finishing of signing of the sales contract with the purchaser, Kunal smoothed this process with ease for me. He worked very hard to bring prospective buyers inspecting my property. He even added one or two more inspections prior to the auction and added an additional bidder few hours prior to the auction. His hard working attitude impressed me very much. And finally he also helped me selling my house for higher price than the nearby similar properties even after the reserve bank lifted the interest rate. An agent not to miss that truely works very hard to help you

I cannot express enough for the help of Kunal Singh for selling my wife's property. Not only did Kunal try to sell the property with hard effort during the four weeks campaign. He even had open home inspection the day before the auction. When the recent average of home bidders had dropped to just below 3 per auction (https://www.smh.com.au/property/news/bidder-numbers-fall-below-key-threshold-lifting-buyers-chances-20220411-p5aco1.html). Kunal managed to register 5 bidders the day before the auction. And he even added the 6th bidder a few hours prior to the auction. Furthermore, the final sale price was even higher than the three real estate agents', of different real estate companies, market appraisals done during the time when the reserve bank incrased the cash rate to 0.35% from the historical low 0.1%. So instead of seeing a decline in the sold price, the auction even broke the record of similar houses in close proximity. So if you are looking to sell your house, contact Kunal.
