Excellent Agent

We had not sold a property at auction before so this was all new to us but Mike coached us through this process giving us the answers to our many questions with patience, lots of information and regular feedback from the various open houses. He allowed us to set a reserve price by giving us his realistic opinion on the eventual sold range he thought it would sell for, aligned with the strategy he had mapped out. Mike gave us a $20,000.00 price range in which he thought the property would sell and so on the day of the auction our expectations were high for a sale in this range based on his expertise, advertising, the feedback from the open houses and the fact that we had 6 registered bidders on the day. I had jokingly set Mike a “dream sale” target figure (if he really wanted to impress me) that was way above the high point in his expected price range which he politely said he’d try his best to do. On the day of the auction Mike filmed the proceedings on his phone and I was able to log in from home in another state and watch the auction on his “face book live” account as it happened. When the hammer fell on the final offer that afternoon Mike had sold our property for $498,200.00 well above the target range he thought it would sell at and only a whisker short of the “dream sale” target I had joked with him about. I had also set a target of reaching a return of $2.00 for every $1.00 we spent on the refurbishment and staging of the home, which ended up being $3.25 for every $1.00 we spent – two fantastic results!! We are very very pleased with our decision to sell through Ray White Tarneit and especially with Mike with his helpful never too much trouble to return a phone call attitude that he brings to his clients. The fantastic result that Mike Sarupria achieved for us is truly amazing and we are very happy to give him this recommendation – he deserves it!!!
