•I want to share some good and a few disheartening experiences: Good experiences: 1.Purchase got initiated quickly. It was late evening but still Sharpy took me to meet his boss at Raywhite. I am thankful for this. 2.Sharpy played crucial role in getting best price negotiated with the seller and within my budget capacity. 3.He was good at picking & returning calls until the day of settlement. 4.He helped me in arranging keys from seller for my tradie’s visits at the property even before settlement which I am grateful about. Disheartening and bad experiences: 1.I had to give multiple calls for final inspection. It should not be the buyer’s job to get the property ready for final inspection. Should be arranged by Raywhite on time. It was arranged just a day before settlement, so I had to accept the property in not so clean condition as I did not want my settlement to get delayed. 2.Most disheartening experience started when Sharpy shared a plumber’s reference named Ranbir Mann–Monti. I trusted Monti as his reference came from Sharpy. Monti pretended to be a plumber and he is also an expert in doing other trade jobs like decking and turfing so I gave him front yard renovation job. He took $1500 as advance but later he revealed he doesn’t know any decking as he is just a handyman. He has ruined my front yard, placed retaining wall on council’s land, left all the rubbish in front of my house. Monti has fooled me and I’ve to make numerous calls and text msgs to at least get $1500 covered in some way which he did not cover as agreed and took my hard-earned money. I wanted to get Sharpy’s help on this, but he stopped taking my calls and not responding to my text msgs soon after settlement. 3.Asked to collect the sales board from the property but no action on it as well. Had to get it removed myself and it is kept at my house still. 4.There MUST be some after sale support for at least a few days provided by Raywhite and agent should not just disappear after settlement.
