Diamond in the rough
Shahid is a real gem in the real estate business. His knowledge of the local area is second to none, and he is always completely open and honest with his communication. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted for our house, and he agreed that it should be achievable. As soon as the market shifted and it was no longer achievable, he was open and honest with us but still managed to get the best value for us, outright turning down offers that were nowhere near what we wanted. And to top it all off, the house that we were looking to buy was also being sold by Shahid, and while our offer was at the bottom end of the range, Shahid went above and beyond to secure the purchase for us. By far the easiest and least stressful buying and selling experience that I've had.
