It's true I'm an old home with scares and scuffs however I still have a lot to offer. All rooms have ceiling fans and standalone wardrobes. The Galley kitchen which does include a dishwasher together with the dining room has a split system for all year convenience. The lounge room has a wood fireplace for winter cozy evenings.
There is a room that could be a fourth bedroom if required however, it could be great office space or games room. The carpets are reasonably new, so all are in good order. The bathroom does have a bath and there is a separate toilet. This property does not come with any land.
Enjoy the lovely two verandas with outstanding view, a very pretty setting. The property is tank water only; therefore, you would need to understand pumps. Snakes will attend from time to time - are you handy with a shovel?
