Unresonable payment option
I don't know all the ray white branch are same or just only this branch like this, after we agree to contract, they ask us to pay first month payment & bond through saving or credit or on the phone. and credit & "on the phone" have to apply 1% of additional charges... almost $50 pay more because it's credit method so I ask them instead of bank transfer or cash or something else but they said we don't have other option to pay even we have a week before move in. I searched Ray white policy, they have "Potal payment gateway" for their convienience so not getting bank transfer, and they charge additional fee for their processing. Don't contract with Ray White!

Thank you for your review and feedback. We would like to confirm that upon approval of your application you are sent an email that specifically outlines the payment method options. We offer numerous different options, some that incur a surcharge and others that do not incur a surcharge and you are welcome to choose whichever method you prefer. For security reasons our office cannot accept cash payments however as mentioned above we have 6 different payment options for your ongoing rental payments for your convenience.
