confused!!!!
I felt that there was some sort of rip off there for us not taking the property that we were not happy with.

Hi Yin Hui, thank you for your feedback. We understand that you viewed the property prior to applying for it and were pleased with the property at this time. You were then approved for the property and signed the leases accordingly. It wasn't until you took possession of the property that you decided you were not happy with the property and therefore no longer wanted to move in, we then took all necessary steps to secure another tenant to take over your tenancy within a matter of only 2 weeks.
