Thanks Nicola and team for all the hard effort put in firstly evicting the old tenant and locating a new tenant quickly and efficiently. The amount of effort placed and the no. of application received for the property was amazing, really appreciate all your hard work and make a quick turnaround on the property being leased. Margaret and I thank you all especially Nicola in leading the process to the end, i also need to say thanks to Suzanne whom has done an amazing job with managing a very hard tenant and now we have them out i hope less hassle than you have been dealing with in recent time.
