As a first time renter, I knew getting a rental property was going to be an uphill struggle. However, time was what I had; and I was prepared to hit the ground running early on and this proved crucial in my search. Found this property, although I was sceptical as with all the advertised properties that I had come across there was often mismatched or false advertising of sorts . However, this was different, I got in touch with the Agent, she responded almost immediately; assured me of the date that inspection was scheduled for. And upon inspection, I knew I had found just what I was looking for… applied and communicated my intentions and interest . The rest they say is history. I would recommend Ray White to anyone who is looking to rent… hopefully one day when I am looking to buy, Ray White will be my go to.
