Sarah and Paulina have just been amazing to deal with. Sarah was exceptionally professional and realistic from our first meeting. Sarah had a strategy and a plan that made sense. Paulina in the background doing the follow-ups has been exceptionally speedy on processing applications and communicating updates, her follow-up has been flawless. Through the campaign, I always knew what was going on, updates every few days. Combined, their professionalism, detail and updates have been timely and well co-ordinated. Having someone else manage your property, I’ve always been concerned. I have been a self managed landlord for 10+years on this property and I had a high level of reservation about handing it over to a property manager.
