We approached Ray White and first spoke with Anna. What a wonderful and professional person. She laid out all the information needed, negotiationed a great deal (which out did the competition) and left us feeling happy choosing Ray White. After this, the organisation of photos and marketing by Paulina was almost instant and within the week we had a showing. The process of getting tenants took around 3 weeks, which is a great outcome. After we got the "Congratulations you have tenants" Tara, the property manager, contacted us and went straight into making sure everything was sorted for us and the tenant.
