I was very impressed with the professionalism of Keri Haughey, Rental Manager at Bill Knaggs RE, when I met her for the first time around mid-Dec 2021. My wife and myself had just bought an investment property (townhouse in Anna Bay) a month earlier and we were renovating it. Keri was so helpful in giving us small, useful tips about the area, tradespeople and how to make the property suitable for rental. We formerly took up her offer to tenant the property through Bill Knaggs in first week Feb 2022, and she promptly filled the rental vacancy in Mid Feb 2022 with well screened tenants and a good rental income. We visited their office in Fingal Bay in Feb, to be pleasantly surprised to see such elegantly styled premises and to be also greeted by very friendly and cooperative staff. The accountant, Rowena Hernandez ‘s efficiency shows through all emailed correspondence and accounts, which are well documented in an impressive electronic (PDF) statement on the very last day of each calendar month. The best news of all - the net rental monthly income is in the bank account on that very evening - Can you ask for more? I have dealt with 2 other agents in regards to previously owned Sydney investments and with hindsight, the other Property Managers fell far short of the service we experience currently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bill Knaggs RE’s services, based on my experience.
