More than just a agent - great understanding of the complications of house sales

Hi, I don't normally give recommendations but Aramis has gone above and beyond to resolve a quite complex sale. The vendor we purchased from was lets say less than easy to work with..we couldn't go in at certain times, he had no mobile phone, email, wanted 3 days minimum notice for a look then if he was OK. Painful... On top of this our purchase was dependent on getting our finances sorted regarding a sale of our unit 2 weeks before Xmas. Aramis was the extreme professional in; 1. Trusting us and our commitment to the sale, engaging in us on how we we going with our sale. 2. Communicating with the vendor on progress. 3. Managing a difficult vendor on his next move.
