Absolutely smashed our expectations!

Along with my two brothers, I chose Nick to sell our mother's house after her passing. This decision followed a lot of discussion and was mostly based on a great experience I'd had with Nick previously. And it turned out to be a great decision! Nick was always available and always willing to talk, or meet, whenever we needed him. His communication was professional and prompt and he kept us informed all along the way. And, unlike some other agents, he didn't try to dazzle us with unrealistic expectations about the sale price. As it turns out though, he achieved a sale price that surpassed everyone's expectations. Quite simply, he did everything right to create the conditions to set up for a successful outcome and then, on auction day, the magic happened. We had a handful of interested parties and the bids just kept going up and up - well beyond what we thought was possible. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone thinking of selling their property.
