We've dealt with Ben for some years and he and his team have always delivered what we needed. Always contactable and very good at contacting us with any information that we needed. All the time calling poential buyers and getting increased offers from them. So good that we accepted an offer before Auction. Very professional and we'd recommend him to relatives and friends etc in future.
