Ben was tenacious and tireless - and unerringly polite and helpful

I met Ben when, as executor to my mother's estate, I engaged his agency to sell a unit my mother had owned in Top Ryde. From the start I found Ben easy to deal with and trustworthy. His advice to go early in the year was good advice. He made himself available at all times to discuss every aspect of the preparation of our house for sale and the conduct of the sale process. A key part of Ben's value as our agent was the fact that he was constantly positive and constructive even when things did not go as well as we would have hoped. Selling the house that you have lived in for many years, and which constitutes such a large part of your accrued savings is extremely stressful. There were many tense moments. Ben was reliable and resilient through all these moments. It was a difficult experience for me. But I am glad I had Ben as our agent. I would certainly recommend him to anyone selling their home.
