As soon as you step in, the living space opens up and those oak hybrid floors set the tone immediately. To the right, the first bedroom sits just off the entry. I love this position for guests. Both parties get real separation from the rest of the apartment. Plantation shutters on the windows, built-in robe. You'll see both of those again.
Moving through to the kitchen and dining area is where this apartment really shows what it is. The kitchen anchors everything. Two-tone timber and two-pac cabinetry, stone benchtops with a waterfall edge, an integrated dishwasher, and a breakfast bar that works just as well for a casual morning coffee as it does for entertaining. What I kept coming back to is the sightline: you're standing at the kitchen and looking directly out through the double glass doors to the patio and the greenery beyond.
