There’s a reason his face is on all the “Sold” signs 😉

Omkaar exceeded all of our expectations as a selling agent. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and we always felt informed, supported and confident in the process. We originally noticed Omkaar because every time we walked around the block, his face was on another ‘Sold’ sign - it was clear he knew the area inside out. At first we were just curious, but once we met him, we immediately understood why he does so well. He is confident, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely has his clients’ best interests at heart. We initially planned to speak with a few different agents. I texted Omkaar and at the same time another well-known company. Omkaar responded instantly (… so fast we genuinely thought it was automated… but it wasn’t!). He met with us the very next day, and by the end of that meeting we already knew we wanted to work with him. The other agency took five days to respond, lol! 😅 Omkaar is an all-round great guy and an exceptional agent. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.
