A fair Agent - Professional & Diligent

Acted fairly for both buyer & Seller. Provided relative admin advice regarding realty sales procedures. Punctual. Good local knowledge. Perhaps could have research property a bit more to provide deeper facts about property, however this is minor. Difficult to fully rate as Miles was the contact, but another agent was the one who conducted the showing, and his knowledge about the property was possibly slightly less than that of Miles. Overall, professional, friendly, helpful and diligent. Also made me feel like a valued client, not just a target like some salesmen do, (given that their primary client is the property seller).
