Augusto approached me few times in the past when I was thinking about downsizing, but I wasn’t ready to sell my home. He always respected my decision and never put pressure on me to sell. Recently, I decided to have a go and to take advantage of excellent time on property market I asked him to be my agent. He was professional and patient, answering all my concerns or questions and he was quick to organise my property for auction. Augusto brought potential buyers many times between inspection days and he spent lot of time talking to buyers and bringing them in. He was excellent in achieving the price which sold my unit, at last. It was almost un achievable. Augusto is excellent agent but also decent human being, respectful, honest and hardworking.
