Many thanks Nick

Nick initially approached up to update us on market performance and a selling opportunity opening up if we were at all thinking that way. To be honest, we hadn't even thought of selling at that stage but decided to ask Nick for a breakdown of possibilities. He approached the enquiry with total transparency and a realistic view of what we might obtain if we were to go to auction. Neither dressing up, nor hiding any of the good and bad points of the current market. This ultimately left us feeling very comfortable with the decision to push ahead and put the apartment on the market and getting a price that we were very happy with. We had set a realistic target and got the price into the range we were looking at. I'd highly recommend Nick for anyone buying or selling in the area. He was always contactable and very responsive to any communications. Personable, honest and a fast mover, Nick made the whole process very easy for us during the not so easy time of Covid.
