Renee is a consummate professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first-time seller, she made sure I was across every step of the process, provided weekly reports to update me on the state of the market, and continually refined her sales strategy based on what she was seeing in the market. She also worked tirelessly to drum up interest in the apartment, and ran private inspections right up to the auction, including inspections the night before and the morning of the auction. The results speak for themselves: in a very tough down market, she managed to secure 8 registered bidders - a real feat. I was also grateful that she took a strong ownership mentality to assisting with the sale, pushing along all parties, chasing up Strata documents, and generally doing whatever was required to make the sale as successful as possible.
