Hassle-free experience

We purchased a property recently with Cadan as the selling agent. To be honest, I was expecting to be hassled about our budget and to be subjected to the various manipulations that some agents are unfortunately known for. It didn't happen. Cadan was unfailingly polite and responsive and made the whole purchasing process incredibly straightforward, with zero BS. On a personal note, he's a very genuine person with an unbelievable memory for names and faces. We still run into him around the neighbourhood and he always stops for a chat!
