Charles has an excellent knowledge of the local market with many years experience in the area and an expansive data base of potential buyers. He provided a clear strategy and guidance throughout the campaign to maximise the sale of the property. We were out of state for the sale and Charles and his team helped organise everything required for the sale including maintenance, photoshoot, marketing plan and open houses. With this being our first house sale it was always reassuring to have Charles experience to guide us through.
