•Recently we decided to look at the Sydney market to purchase an apartment and a friend recommended Max as a reputable and helpful agent. We contacted Max and explained our needs and he provided expert advice and maintained personalised and considered communication of potential properties. After searching many properties through a range of agencies, we were impressed by the depth of knowledge Max maintained and his ability to match our needs to inspections. The marketing materials provided by the agency and the presentation of properties by Max and the team were highly professional and polished, adding to the experience as a motivated buyer. We also appreciated the transparency with price guides with regular updates to Auctions guides, pivoting to market interest. We have recently purchased a property through Max and his communication throughout the process was outstanding. He was generous with his time and always checked in. We really enjoyed working with Max and his team and any future property purchase or sales will be done through this agency, because we are guaranteed exceptional service and a great working relationship.
Max and his team looked at options for the sale of my unit. Also shared their wisdom re what makeover items were needed for a unit that had not been altered from its purchase off the plan in 2003. Sophia was fantastic in sourcing quotes and options for what may have been needed. Max provides a weekly email market update and I was fortunate to be able to speak to Max about some record results and what I may expect over the years leading up to my proposed sale. I recommend that if you are considering either a buy or sale in the future that you subscribe. I had the advantage / luxury of no sale being critical to move to an interstate off the plan buy. With agents selling multiple properties and buyers who missed out on a buy, I proposed that the agent introduce the other unsuccessful buyers to my place negating the usual advertising / styling costs. I canvassed Max, another two agents based on their results within the area and a building manager recommendation. Initially I went with another agent who was confident he could obtain a result given a current listing to work off, after speaking to Max re the same option. When the agent advised later advised he felt the usual marketing route would be required I switched to Max, confident Max's past marketing (pulling buyers out of the area they initially were desiring) had achieved higher results than I was confident the first agent would achieve. To be told by the first agent that "Max was full of sh#t" in being able to get a sale, as the first agent had been confident in achieving but not achieved, confirmed my decision to proceed with Max. Max shared his insight to the market at that time and was confident of my proposal having potential. End result Max achieved a great result in line with market expectations. Factoring the expenses of a usual sale in pursuing a higher sale figure whilst possible, crunching the numbers, Max delivered as he was confident of doing so.
