Very easy to deal with and well ahead of the game

I purchased my first investment property three years ago from the same agent. I went with them because it was easy but I could not be happier. Since day one, the property manager was onto it and had a tenant lined up even before the property was officially available. When the first tenant eventually moved in their own house, before I even saw the email that they were giving notice, the property was already advertised with heaps of enquiries and got leased out with no financial loss. Very smooth transition from one tenant to another and it was the same when the property manager changed. Just a seamless admin process with no adverse impact on the landlord or tenant. I think they found a good balance to keep the landlors happy but also attend to tennant's needs. Cheyenne and her team are amazing, couldn't be happier with them.....and all this despite being quite some distance away. Thank you Ray White.
