Rare agent that I can actually say is honest

Without previously knowing Mark, I basically drew his name out of a hat and was very fortunate. Residing in Tasmania, I had no idea of any agents or were not advise nor recommended any, so in essence, we just picked Mark out of a hat. The normal sales process was fine and Mark suggested to save us some money to only advertise via the internet which showed his humbleness (i.e. not asking for us to advertise him). He got us a good result but then was asked to do a conjunction (i.e. share his income with another agent) at the last moment. Mark could have easily said the property is sold but put us first and allowed the conjunction to go ahead. As it turned out the other offer was more suitable which meant Mark had to share his income but did this to benefit us. You don't get ANYMORE HONEST than that and we are deeply grateful. I highly recommend Mark for his loyalty to his customer and his honesty and integrity. Seriously, thanks Mark you are a rare find in this industry.
