Responsive and Sincere!

As a vendor our experience with Shiv and his team was really good. Shiv made effort keep in touch on his own accord and was very transparent from the initial meetings. Thomas from Shiv's team was also very honest and sincere in his dealings with us. They were very accommodating on our open home schedules and respectful when hosting open homes. They provided buyers with honest and open feedback on their questions. Shiv and his team provided good breakdown of all costings. For us only fallback was timing of the auction, in hindsight Sunday afternoon on Fathers day wasn't ideal as everything felt rushed as people wanted to get home to their families and for that reason we feel we didn't achieve our stretched target of the sale price. However we would recommend and will be engaging Shiv and his team for future real estate dealings.
