The most honest and understanding agent I have ever met

We were recommended to use Nathan to sell our investment property by a family member who purchased a property through Nathan with the feedback "he is honest and doesn't speak in circles". We were rushed to sell our investment property as we were hoping to buy another house to move into. Nathan is a one of the fastest communicators I have met - he would always keep us updated via call, email or group chat and often reply within seconds. In contrast, one of our friends sold their apartment with an agent that ghosted them for a whole week. That is not the kind of poor service that Nathan will give you. Nathan was consistently friendly, understanding, solutions driven, aware of market movements, aware of selling and rental laws (as we had to terminate tenants to sell vacant possession), and if he didn't know, he would find out within minutes and get back to you. He was always trying the best to sell our property and calling on the Ray White Team to help. With the changing market and lack of interest over months, we tried an auction campaign and though that failed, Nathan persisted in getting people through the property and to make an offer. Nathan even assisted us with a report to provide Fair Trading for our application to relet the property. Thankfully it sold within the week! Nathan is the best agent I have ever dealt with and for real has restored my trust in real estate agents because he was honest, spoke straight, great at communicating and super trustworthy. Nathan has done so much for us over the last few months, and as stressful as the changing market has been, Nathan has been a stable and friendly agent through it all.
