Patient, persistent, man of the year!

If there were an award for 'Most Patient and level headed Human Being on Earth,' Charlie Stoffers would win it in a landslide. Whilst I was ready to go, the purchaser on the other side was... challenging. There were issues popping up left, right and centre and we truly worked to the 11th hour, all whilst over the Christmas/New Years shut down period. Charlie was on the purchasers team like a hawk. He stayed meticulously on top of every single detail, constantly nudging them to keep the momentum going when they tried to stall. He basically dragged the deal (and me) across the finish line while keeping us laughing the whole time.
