Recent sale in Bondi

We knew Monica had sold another unit in our building for a solid price earlier in the year. While we were considering another agent, Monica came in at the last moment, quite passionate about the building and our property. Independently, we had heard that she knew 'every inch of Bondi' and that, together with the earlier sale, gave us the confidence to give her the mandate. Even she was surprised by the level of interest and one day expressed it as being 'exhausting', however she never left us in the dark with what was going on with the campaign. Given we are in Brisbane, that gave us a lot of confidence along the way and we were always informed of what was happening in terms of interest and the multiple offers made along the way. Monica really did 'chase down' every lead and we knew the interest was strong. She also organised all the styling for the unit, liaised with the former property manager and organised the pack up after the auction. She was very confident of going to auction and gave us great advice, even through the auction on the night. We achieved an unconditional sale and a great price for our property. With mixed feelings, we say goodbye to our long-held asset in Bondi, but we wish the new owners the very best and hope they enjoy the property for as long as we did, over 17 years.
