Not just Excellent - seriously above and beyond!!

I wrote short review for Monica but I was frustrated that I was restricted to a 500 character limit. Only because I am in a service industry myself and I strongly believe in feedback and offering praise and credit when warranted. Monica was recommend to us by neighbours and friends and particularly some neighbours who had recently engaged Monica to sell their unit. They told me things like "she's a total gun, onto every lead, returns all your calls and texts quickly and will fight for every cent for her vendor". Personal referrals like that mean the world, as choosing and agent is difficult and we wanted to be able to have complete trust in the ethics and service we would be paying for. We feel so thrilled to have chosen Monica - we had other agents seeking our business and as first time sellers we didn't have any loyalties towards a particular agent. Monica gave us complete assurance that we were in the right hands. She was unbelievably prompt pulling the campaign together, time was of the essence as we grew nervous about COVID 19 and a risk of an impending state lock down. I actually couldn't believe how quickly and professionally it all came together. The feedback after each open house was clear, honest, encouraging and educational. We grew to understand the market sentiment during the process and ultimately made a decision we felt 100% confident with, which was to sell prior to auction less than a week before the scheduled date. We couldn't have made that decision without the regular consultation we got from Monica. The sale was over our asking price and a record for our building and Monica's 5th sale in our Strata block over the past couple of years. Perhaps we should rename the building 'Monica' :-). If you're unsure of which agent to go with and want absolute assurance that you're going to be in expert hands, you couldn't go past Monica Shor. We feel very lucky we were recommended to her!!!
